Privacy Policy

The short version

This site is a brochure and a contact page. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, mostly by sending the contact form.

Who we are

ByTomorrow.ai is operated by ByTomorrow, an AI automation and business-operations service based in Arizona, USA. Questions about this policy or your data: jake@bytomorrow.ai.

What we collect, and when

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you wrote are stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) so a person can reply and keep the conversation in one place. We use that information to answer you and to follow up, nothing else. Ticking the consent box lets us email you about your inquiry; we never send text messages on the strength of a web form.

When you email us: we keep the correspondence, like any business does.

Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use them to profile visitors.

Sign-in: there is no visitor account on this site. The operator sign-in for our platform lives on a separate application and collects no data from visitors here.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers or ad cookies. No third-party analytics scripts. No selling or renting personal information, to anyone, ever. This site sets no cookies of its own.

Service providers we rely on

Netlify (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and media storage), GoHighLevel (contact and customer records), Google (fonts, and the "Add to Preferred Sources" button in the footer, which loads a small script from news.google.com on every page so you can choose to see ByTomorrow more often in Google Search). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We use AI tools (including Anthropic’s Claude) to help produce content for this site; visitor data is not fed to those tools.

If you become a client

Client work is governed by its own agreement, and each client’s data and credentials are kept isolated from every other client’s. This policy covers this website and our Chrome extension, described below.

Our Chrome extension: By Tomorrow: Three Things

The By Tomorrow: Three Things extension for Google Chrome does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. ByTomorrow never receives anything you type into it.

What it stores: the up to three things you write each day, whether each one is done, and a history of the last 30 days showing how many you finished. This is saved with Chrome’s own extension storage, in your Chrome profile. If you are signed in to Chrome with sync turned on, Chrome may copy it between your own devices under your Google account, the same way it syncs your bookmarks.

What it does not do: it makes no network requests, loads no remote code, uses no analytics or advertising, and has no access to the websites you visit. Its only permission is "storage". The one link in it opens bytomorrow.ai in a new tab, and only when you click it.

Removing the extension deletes what it stored. Questions: jake@bytomorrow.ai.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as they are useful for the working relationship, then delete them. Want to see what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email jake@bytomorrow.ai and we will do it. No forms, no runaround.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes, with a new effective date at the top.
