The short version

This site is a brochure and a booking page. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell data, and we collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us — mostly by booking a call.

Who we are

ByTomorrow.ai is operated by ByTomorrow, an AI automation and business-operations service based in Arizona, USA. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@bytomorrow.ai.

What we collect, and when

When you book a call: scheduling runs through Cal.com. The name, email, and anything you type into the booking form go to us and are also handled under Cal.com's privacy policy. We use that information to hold the call and follow up — nothing else.

When you email us: we keep the correspondence, like any business does.

Server logs:our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We don't use them to profile visitors.

Sign-in:the dashboard sign-in on this site is for ByTomorrow operators only — there is no public account signup, so we don't collect account data from visitors.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers or ad cookies. No third-party analytics scripts. No selling or renting personal information, to anyone, ever. The only cookies this site sets are functional ones for operator sign-in sessions.

Service providers we rely on

Railway (hosting and database), Cloudflare (DNS), Google (operator sign-in), Cal.com (scheduling), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We use AI tools (including Anthropic's Claude) to help produce content for this site; visitor data is not fed to those tools.

If you become a client

Client work is governed by its own agreement, and each client's data and credentials are kept isolated from every other client's. This policy covers this website only.

Retention and your choices

We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as they're useful for the working relationship, then delete them. Want to see what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email hello@bytomorrow.ai and we'll do it — no forms, no runaround.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes, with a new effective date at the top.
